1 Parties

This website, checkout flow, and the Altatech Steps delivery system are operated by Altatech Limited.

Y5 Growth Group is the brand under which Altatech Limited develops and operates digital products and services.

Altatech Steps is a product and delivery system of Y5 Growth Group used for creator-led programs.

Programs available through the platform may be created, presented, or facilitated by independent creators or other program providers. Where a creator is named on a program page, that creator is the featured creator or provider of the program content.

2 What the service is

Altatech Steps provides access to creator-led digital programs, which may be delivered through WhatsApp, email, web pages, digital content, and related communication systems.

Each program is offered as described on its sales page at the time of purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• the product is digital
• delivery may begin shortly after purchase
• access is personal and non-transferable
• the purchase is not a subscription unless the page says so

3 Role of creators

Creators provide the program content, style, prompts, and creator-specific experience described on the relevant program page.

Altatech Limited provides the platform, checkout, automation, infrastructure, support operations, and delivery systems.

Nothing in these Terms creates a medical, therapy, fiduciary, employment, agency, or partnership relationship between you and any creator unless expressly stated in a separate signed agreement.

4 No therapy, no medical care, no crisis service

Unless a program page expressly states otherwise in legally valid form, programs sold through Altatech Steps are for educational, informational, coaching, habit-building, accountability, or self-guided support purposes only.

They are not:

• medical advice
• diagnosis
• treatment
• psychotherapy
• psychiatric care
• crisis intervention
• emergency support

No doctor-patient, therapist-patient, or other regulated clinical relationship is created merely because a creator has professional credentials or because a program discusses wellbeing, mental health, habits, burnout, productivity, or similar topics.

5 Results disclaimer

Results vary from person to person. We do not guarantee any specific emotional, psychological, professional, financial, health, or life outcome.

Examples, testimonials, sample chats, or creator statements are illustrative only.

6 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the service or purchase a program, unless a specific program clearly states different eligibility rules.

You must provide accurate contact and billing details.

7 WhatsApp and third-party delivery

Some programs are delivered through WhatsApp or other third-party systems. To receive a program as intended, you may need a compatible device, internet access, and an active account with the relevant provider.

We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, non-delivery, or access issues caused by third-party platforms, device settings, connectivity problems, account restrictions, number changes, outages, or events outside our reasonable control.

8 Payments

Prices are shown at checkout. By purchasing, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the amount shown, including any applicable taxes or fees.

9 Refunds, cancellation, and digital delivery

Programs sold through Altatech Steps are generally digital products or digital services.

Unless a specific program page states otherwise, purchases are generally final once:

• access is granted
• activation is made available
• download begins
• delivery begins
• the program starts being performed

Where mandatory local law gives you a non-waivable refund, cancellation, or withdrawal right, that law will apply.

If you request immediate access to a digital program, and the law in your jurisdiction allows cancellation rights to be lost once digital performance begins, you acknowledge that your cancellation or withdrawal right may be reduced or lost once access or delivery starts.

If you paid but did not receive access due to a verified technical failure on our side, contact hi@y5.gg promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or otherwise resolve the issue.

Please contact support before opening a chargeback. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of access and recovery actions where legally permitted.

10 License and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased program for your own personal use.

You may not:

• copy, reproduce, or republish program materials
• resell, sublicense, or redistribute access
• share paid content outside permitted use
• reverse engineer or interfere with the service
• use the platform unlawfully or abusively
• harass creators, staff, or other participants

11 Intellectual property

All website materials, platform elements, creator content, prompts, flow structures, text, graphics, branding, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of Altatech Limited, the relevant creator, or the applicable rights holder.

12 Suspension or termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, abuse, security, non-payment, chargeback abuse, legal compliance, or material breach of these Terms.

13 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• the service is provided on an as is and as available basis
• we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability
• we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss
• our total liability in connection with a particular purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14 Consumer protections

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits mandatory consumer rights that apply under the law of your place of residence where such rights cannot lawfully be waived.

15 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, except to the extent mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence applies and cannot lawfully be excluded.

16 Changes to the service or Terms

We may update these Terms or modify the service where reasonably necessary for legal, technical, security, or operational reasons. The version in force at the time of purchase will generally apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law.
