1 Who we are

This website and the Altatech Steps delivery system are operated by Altatech Limited.

Y5 Growth Group is the brand under which Altatech Limited develops and operates digital products and services.

Altatech Steps is a program delivery system and product of Y5 Growth Group used to provide creator-led digital programs.

Programs made available through Altatech Steps may be created, presented, or facilitated by independent creators, coaches, educators, experts, or other program providers. Where a specific creator is featured on a program page, that creator is the named creator or provider of the program content.

2 What data we may collect

We may collect and process:

  • your name
  • your email address
  • your phone number or WhatsApp number
  • your time zone and country
  • billing, payment, transaction, and purchase data
  • onboarding or activation data
  • website usage, browser, device, and IP data
  • customer support messages
  • messages you send through the program, including short replies such as DONE
  • any information you voluntarily provide while using the service

Please do not submit sensitive medical or crisis information through the program unless strictly necessary for customer support. The service is not designed to receive or manage medical records.

Where you join a specific creator-led program, we may share limited participant information with that creator to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, deliver, or support the program.

  • your participation status
  • your activation status
  • limited message interaction data
  • support context reasonably needed to deliver the program

Creators are not permitted to use participant data for unrelated purposes except where separately disclosed and lawfully permitted.

6 Third-party services

We use third-party providers to operate the service, which may include:

  • payment processors such as Stripe
  • messaging platforms such as WhatsApp
  • hosting, infrastructure, and analytics providers
  • email and customer support tools

If you use WhatsApp to receive program delivery, your information may also be processed by WhatsApp under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policies. We do not control third-party platforms.

7 Program messages and consent

By purchasing a program or activating delivery, you request and agree to receive service-related messages reasonably necessary to deliver what you bought, including onboarding, prompts, check-ins, reminders, and technical notices.

Where marketing consent is legally required for non-essential promotional communications, we will request it separately or rely only on another lawful basis where permitted.

8 International transfers

Because our service providers may operate internationally, your personal data may be processed in countries outside your country of residence. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
